One-hour sessions held Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. First session free. This class is right for you if you:
- have little to no experience with weight lifting
- used to work out, but you haven't been motivated or you were instructed by a medical professional to "take it easy"
- don't respond well to being told that you're old
- like the ripple effect of feeling stronger, thinner, more fluid, and being admired by people who like to give compliments
- want to spend more time doing things and less time in the doctor's office
- like to move without pain and rest without pain
